How to Buy Training Online

SAFCON TRAINING ACADEMY

How to buy training online

Choose your course and request an invoice for ordinary EFT, pay securely online with PayFast or use your company purchasing process. The EFT invoice option needs no card details or immediate online payment.

1. Choose your course

Browse the SAFCON Training Academy catalogue and select the course you need. Each course page shows the course title, price, delivery format and available course information. Academy prices include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.

2. Register for your training

Use the EFT invoice registration form to choose a course and continue directly to registration. For several courses, add them from the catalogue to your cart and proceed to checkout. Check your courses, quantities and billing details before submitting.

3. Choose your invoice or payment option

Register & request an EFT invoice: submit your registration without entering card details or paying online. SAFCON will email your invoice with its banking details. Pay by ordinary EFT from your own banking app, using the invoice number as your reference.

Company registration: enter company billing information and VAT number (if applicable) at checkout. Payment is accepted by PayFast or EFT invoice only; purchase orders are not accepted as payment.

PayFast online payment: choose PayFast if you prefer to pay securely online using the payment methods available at checkout.

An invoice request or proof-of-payment document is not confirmation that funds have been received.

4. Learner access

Course access is activated after the required payment or approved company purchasing arrangement has been confirmed. SAFCON currently creates or activates paid-course learner access manually on the SAFCON e-learning platform. The free Workplace Health and Safety Awareness course keeps its existing registration process. Where learner details are required, SAFCON may contact the purchaser or learner to confirm the information needed to create the profile. Access instructions are then issued using the contact information supplied during registration or order processing.

Each learner profile is intended for the registered learner. Login credentials should not be shared.

5. Complete the course

Learners must complete the required learning material, activities and assessments for the course. Course-specific pass requirements, attempts, practical requirements or evidence requirements are communicated in the applicable course or learner instructions.

Completing an online course does not automatically create a statutory licence, registration, professional designation or occupational authorisation unless the specific course expressly states that such recognition applies and all external requirements have been met.

6. Certificates

Where the course includes a SAFCON certificate, the certificate is issued after the learner has met the applicable completion and assessment requirements. Learners are responsible for ensuring that their name and certificate information supplied to SAFCON are correct.

7. Company and group bookings

Companies may purchase training for one or multiple learners. Larger bookings, site-specific programmes and customised training can use the corporate purchasing route for a formal quotation.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Academy Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable South African law. Because online training can begin as soon as access is activated, learners should review the course information before asking SAFCON to activate immediate access.

9. Need assistance?

For Academy order, access or training queries, use the contact details published on the SAFCON website or your order correspondence and include the order number where available.
