Privacy Notice

Privacy Notice

This notice explains, in practical terms, how information submitted through the SAFCON corporate website may be used to respond to enquiries and deliver requested services.

Information you choose to provide

Website forms may collect business contact details, company and site information, service requirements, project context and documents you voluntarily upload. SAFCON uses this information to assess the enquiry, communicate with you, prepare a proposal where appropriate and administer the resulting business relationship.

Enquiry records

The corporate website may retain a private internal record of submitted enquiry details for administration and follow-up. Website notifications may also be sent to SAFCON by email. Uploaded supporting files are intended for assessment of the specific request and should not contain passwords, payment credentials, API keys or authentication secrets.

Data minimisation

Please provide only information reasonably necessary for the service or enquiry. Do not submit special or highly sensitive personal information unless SAFCON has specifically requested it for a legitimate service purpose and an appropriate handling method has been agreed.

External SAFCON platforms

The SAFCON Business Solutions Store and Training Academy are separate WordPress/WooCommerce environments and may collect information needed for customer accounts, orders, billing, course registration and related transactions. Their transaction records are managed within those platforms.

Third-party services

Where services such as payment gateways, email delivery, hosting or learning platforms are used, information may be processed by those providers to the extent necessary to deliver the relevant function. Payment-card credentials should be entered only into the authorised payment provider interface, not into SAFCON enquiry forms.

QuickBooks Online invoicing and accounting

When you request an EFT invoice through a SAFCON website, your billing name, business name, contact details, billing address, company registration and VAT details where supplied, order items, quantities, prices and applicable tax information may be transmitted to Intuit QuickBooks Online to prepare and email your unpaid invoice and maintain accounting records. This applies to SAFCON Group sales, including the Training Academy and Business Solutions Store where the integration is enabled. Intuit processes information under its own privacy and service terms and may process it outside South Africa. Information is shared for invoicing and accounting administration, rather than for a separate marketing purpose.

The automated connection is being configured and is not yet active. Until activation, SAFCON processes invoice requests manually. Company quotation and purchase-order requests are reviewed separately. No card details are required for an ordinary EFT invoice request. PayFast remains a separate online-payment route. Accounting records are retained as required for the transaction and applicable record-keeping obligations. You may request access to or correction of your details using the contact address below, subject to applicable legal record-keeping requirements.

Questions or access requests
