Website Terms & Information

Website Terms & Information

General terms for use of the SAFCON corporate website and its informational content.

Information, not automatic professional advice

Website content is provided to explain SAFCON services and general business, compliance and systems concepts. It is not a substitute for a scoped professional engagement, site-specific assessment, legal opinion, statutory approval or third-party certification.

Scope and proposals

Service descriptions show typical capabilities and deliverables. The final scope, responsibilities, assumptions, exclusions, pricing and timing for variable professional work are those recorded in the applicable quotation, proposal, order or written agreement.

Training and Store transactions

Online course and Business Store transactions take place on their respective SAFCON platforms. Product descriptions, prices, checkout terms and order information displayed on those platforms apply to those transactions.

EFT invoice requests and the QuickBooks connection

Submitting an EFT invoice request asks SAFCON to prepare an unpaid invoice using your registration or order details. Where enabled, the SAFCON Group connection transmits the relevant billing and order information to QuickBooks Online and asks QuickBooks to email the invoice to the billing email address supplied. The automated connection is being configured and is not yet active; invoice requests are currently processed manually. Please provide accurate details and an email address you are authorised to use. Company quotations and purchase-order requests are reviewed separately and do not automatically create an invoice.

An invoice request, unpaid invoice, on-hold order or uploaded proof of payment does not confirm that SAFCON has received funds. SAFCON manually confirms EFT payment and arranges paid-course learner access and Chamilo enrolment where applicable. PayFast is offered separately for online payments. These terms do not change the existing free-course process or any statutory consumer rights.

The accounting connection is operated for SAFCON Group administration. Customers do not need to grant SAFCON access to their own QuickBooks company. Only an authorised SAFCON administrator may connect or disconnect the SAFCON accounting company. See our Privacy Notice for the information shared for invoicing.

External links

The corporate website may link to separate SAFCON platforms and third-party services. Opening an external or separately operated platform may be subject to that platform’s own terms and privacy practices.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, SAFCON branding and original website content are owned by or licensed to SAFCON Group. Purchased resources, training materials and project deliverables are subject to the licence or usage terms supplied with the relevant product or engagement.

Accuracy and updates

SAFCON aims to keep website information useful and current, but laws, standards, client requirements, products and platform features can change. Material legal or technical requirements should be confirmed for the specific context before decisions are made.
